- Arrangements may be made to pay through E-transfer or cash upon request.

Refund and Cancellation Policies
At Inspire Learning, we strive to provide high-quality tutoring services and ensure transparency in our refund process. Please review our refund policy carefully.
1. Client Cancellations
1.1 Clients may cancel a scheduled lesson and receive a full refund provided that the cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson.
1.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson are not eligible for a refund, as tutors allocate their time and resources specifically for the session.
1.3 To cancel a lesson, clients must notify Inspire Learning via the provided contact methods (e.g., email or platform cancellation form).
2. Business Cancellations
2.1 Inspire Learning reserves the right to cancel any scheduled lesson, with or without cause.
2.2 In the event that Inspire Learning cancels a lesson, a full refund will be provided to the client.
2.3 Clients will be notified of any cancellations by Inspire Learning at the earliest possible opportunity via their registered contact information.
3. Refund Requests
3.1 If a student or parent/guardian is unsatisfied with a service provided, they may claim a full refund, which is administered at the discretion of Inspire Learning.
3.2 Refund requests must be submitted through the designated contact methods (e.g., email or platform form) and include specific details about the dissatisfaction.
4. Bundles/Packages
4.1 If a student or parent/guardian would like to discontinue lessons purchased as a package (multiple lessons purchased at an agreed upon rate), they will be refunded a portion of the total payment as an equivalent to the portion of remaining hours within the package.
4.2 Refund calculations for bundles/packages will consider the original discounted rate and the number of hours already utilized.
5. Processing Refunds
5.1 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request or upon confirmation of a business-initiated cancellation.
5.2 Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction. If this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be discussed with the client.
6. Non-Refundable Services
6.1 Any services or materials purchased as part of a bundle, subscription, or package may have separate terms regarding refunds. These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
